Cambodian Transmission II Co., Ltd. is currently looking for dynamic and experienced candidate to fill up the position below:

Duties

  • To identify potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the most suitable ones to fulfill the organization’s needs;
  • Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards;
  • Overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, monitoring their performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise;
  • Ensuring that all procurement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies;
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and generating reports to track and analyze procurement performance;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall procurement performance;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or other related field;
  • 2-5years of relevant work experience in procurement and logistic process or in a similar role;
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization;
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role
