National Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant
Job Description
Duties
- Master’s degree in social science, Business/Public Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in M&E
- Prior experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, monitoring and evaluation working with international organizations is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills to obtain, analyze, evaluate data and information and interpret/present data to provide solid basis for decision-making.
- Excellent command of statistical analysis software and MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Power Point);
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to write succinct quarterly and annual reports
- Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Khmer
How to Apply:
The consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method set out the World Bank Procurement Regulation for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers, dated July 1, 2012, revised November 2017 and August 2018, and provisions stipulated in the financing agreement in consistency with the RGC’s Updated Standard Operating procedures (SOP) and Procurement Manual for externally financed finance project/programs (PM) , promulgated through Sub-decree 181, dated December 2019.
In submitting their expressions of interest, the interest candidates are kindly requested to provide their updated curriculum vitae, indicating their personal and technical skills, academic qualifications, and experience in similar assignments, along with the of at least three (3) references with contact information (email address, telephone or fax numbers).
Interested consultant may obtain copies of the detailed Term of Reference (ToRs) in English for the assignment from the address or email during office hours from 8:00AM to 12:00PM and from 1:30PM to 5:30PM. Monday through Friday, except public holiday, Expression of Interest must be submitted to the address below by email or hard copy provided in the contact details.
