Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin and Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative, financial, and HR management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in both Khmer and English is essential, as the role requires effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a conducive working environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents, in both Khmer and English.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports as required by senior management.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper cash flow management.
- Assist in payroll processing, including maintaining employee records and processing monthly salaries.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Human Resources Management
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations in all administrative, financial, and HR activities.
- Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities, including tax filings and annual reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to provide administrative, financial, and HR support as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and cost-saving initiative.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative, finance, and HR role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Cambodian financial regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements
