Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin and Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative, financial, and HR management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in both Khmer and English is essential, as the role requires effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a conducive working environment.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents, in both Khmer and English.
    • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Financial Management:
    • Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports as required by senior management.
    • Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
    • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper cash flow management.
    • Assist in payroll processing, including maintaining employee records and processing monthly salaries.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Human Resources Management
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
    • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
  • Compliance and Reporting: 
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations in all administrative, financial, and HR activities.
    • Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities, including tax filings and annual reports.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

 

  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to provide administrative, financial, and HR support as needed.
    • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and cost-saving initiative.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative, finance, and HR role.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of Cambodian financial regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements
