Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a qualified Business Consultant to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist our clients in reforming their operations and enhancing their business processes by providing expert guidance. You will also be responsible for executing projects on behalf of clients when they lack the resources or motivation to carry them out internally.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Project Execution:
  • Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
  • Conduct initial assessments of problematic situations faced by clients and determine the necessary interventions.

• Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Gather comprehensive information about the client’s business through methods such as shadowing, interviews, surveys, site visits, and report analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify underlying weaknesses, problems, and causative factors within the client’s operations.
• Solution Development:
  • Formulate tailored recommendations and solutions, taking into account the client’s objectives, capabilities, and constraints.
  • Develop detailed business plans aimed at driving incremental or transformative changes within the client’s organization.

• Client Communication and Support:
  • Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to clients, providing ample justification and practical advice.
  • Assist clients in the implementation of recommended plans and resolve any discrepancies or challenges that may arise during execution.
  • Offer ongoing guidance and support to clients in addressing any emerging issues or obstacles.

• Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in an equivalent role, with a strong track record of successful client engagements.
  • In-depth knowledge of various business functions, including IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with a wide range of business management software (e.g., CRM, ERP) and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional data collection, interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions that drive business success.
  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification is a plus.
